What would you say to the person you were one year ago?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 24, 2007:
It's OK really, no really it is OK to quit this job that you don't want to be at any more. Yes I know that you make great money there. But you will make great money somewhere else and be so much less stressed and so much happier. No you are not letting down the people you have worked for the last 10 years. They will get along fine without you. You need to do what you need to do for you. You did good work for them for a long time. It's OK to move on. Change is sometimes just what is needed.
